Fulfillment Process
Verification services are typically fulfilled instantly, but can take up to 1-3 business days after receipt of all required information and applicable consents.

Customers are not charged until the verification request has been completed and the report has been delivered. ​Electronic verification reports are securely delivered online and can be downloaded in PDF format.

Accepted Payment Methods
TrueConfirm accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).​

 

Refunds and Re-verification
If a verification contains errors due to data limitations or other issues, we will issue a code for a complimentary re-verification. If resolution is not achieved, clients may request a refund within 30 days by contacting TrueConfirm support. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when approved.
